REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident enrolling in Fanbase University (Manafest's Inner Circle). Because of that, we offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked refund.

15-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You may cancel your enrollment and request a full refund within 15 calendar days of your original purchase date, for any reason. No explanation is required. To request your refund, email us at [your support email] from the address you used to enroll, with the subject line "Refund Request." Requests must be received within the 15-day window.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your request. If you purchased using financing (such as Affirm), your refund is applied to your loan balance, and any remaining balance or adjustment is handled according to your financing provider's terms.

After 15 days. Because you receive immediate access to coaching, live calls, and digital course materials, all sales are final after the 15-day window and no refunds will be issued past that date. This includes partial refunds for any unused portion of the program.

Physical materials. If a physical welcome package was shipped to you before your refund request, we ask that you either return it in its original condition or allow its retail value to be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by emailing Support@smartmusicbusiness.com. Cancelling after the 15-day window ends your access to future live calls and materials but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
